Our technicians are trained to follow a specific path to reduce the likelihood of missing anything and will thoroughly walk your yard several times to ensure it’s as clean as possible.

The Scoop Service Terms of Service
While our quotes are generally accurate, the final price will be confirmed after the initial yard inspection. We will inform you of any price adjustments before commencing services.
If you decide to pause services, an initial cleaning fee will apply before resuming monthly service.
Payment for initial cleanup is required upon job completion. If you opt for monthly service after an initial cleanup, the remaining balance for the month will be billed during your second cleanup.
Recurring service payments are due on the first day of each month, prior to service. If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
The monthly fee is calculated based on a 52-week calendar and averaged over 12 months. For months with five weeks, the extra visit is included in the monthly pricing at no additional charge.
When you first link a debit or credit card to your online portal, a test transaction of $1.50 will occur, but no funds will be withdrawn from your account.
The Scoop Service operates year-round and will always arrive when conditions are safe. However, if we cannot provide service one week due to unsafe conditions, we will perform double duty the following week, and you will still be billed for the entire month. This is because the amount of pet waste and time spent on each yard remains the same.
Clients who keep their subscription active throughout the winter will not incur a spring cleanup fee when the snow melts and will continue with their subscription plan at locked-in rates.
If The Scoop Service cannot access your yard due to a locked gate, you will still be billed for the cleaning, but we will perform double duty the next week.
We will knock on your door and attempt to contact you by phone before skipping your yard for the day. You will also receive a notification through the customer portal.
The Scoop Service operates without contracts, allowing customers to cancel services at any time with a 48-hour notice. You can cancel by calling us or updating your subscription plan through the customer portal.
Customers who pause services seasonally will incur initial or spring cleanup fees upon resuming their monthly subscription.
If you cancel services mid-month, you will receive a refund for the unused portion. The refund will be processed to the payment method on file in the customer portal.
We love interacting with dogs! Our team members are comfortable working with your dog in the yard.
However, if your dog shows signs of aggression or prevents us from cleaning, we will try to reach you by knocking on your door, calling you, and updating your online portal. If we can’t clean due to an aggressive dog, you will still be billed for the visit, and we’ll do extra work the next week.
